Personally Identifiable Information
Credit card processing for Union Square Trading is done completely on
the site of our merchant account vendor. At this time that vendor is
PayPal. Union Square Trading does not receive your credit card
information and therefore, does not store it. Please see the PayPal
privacy statement for more information on their policies.
The only personal information that Union Square Trading Company does
collect on a regular basis is your name, shipping address, phone number
and email when processing an order. The only time this information is
shared is with our wholesale distributor who will actually ship the
order to you.
Union Square Trading does not and will not

information with anyone, except as necessary to process any order you

us, or any incidental or future function of the site will be used solely
